Introduction:
Newcastle College University Centre has launched a transformational, highly-vocational approach to STEM related Higher Education with exceptional levels of employer support as a key cornerstone. Our initiative focuses on the NE LEP four smart specialisms: Digital; Advanced Manufacturing; Energy; Life Sciences & Pharma.
The objective of this breakfast event is to outline our thinking on the University Centre’s Higher Education offering for the Digital Sector, and receive employer feedback to enable us to refine and develop our Foundation Degree, Full Degree, Higher and Degree Apprenticeship portfolio. We will also explain how our Taught Degree Awarding Powers can be used to quickly develop, accredit and deliver Higher Education qualifications tailored to meet specific employer requirements.
