Experienced property professional Emma Liddle, has been promoted to department head of the Residential Conveyancing team at Newcastle based Mincoffs Solicitors.

Emma takes over from respected property leader, Una Coulson, who retires following a 40 year career at the firm. Emma, a Fellow of the Chartered Legal Executives, takes over the role with almost 20 years conveyancing experience. She joined Mincoffs in 2013 and was promoted to Assistant Manager of the Residential Conveyancing team in 2016. Throughout her seven years at Mincoffs, Emma has been consistently praised by clients for her professionalism, attention to detail and reassuring manner. She is delighted to be assisted by trusted solicitor Adrienne Lawson.

Emma commented: “I am thrilled to be taking over from Una and heading up the Residential Conveyancing team at Mincoffs. I am looking forward to the opportunity to work with the wider management team to continue to grow and develop the Residential Conveyancing offering at the firm and I want to build on the success that Una has had over her time at the firm. ”
