NCFE, based in Newcastle upon Tyne, has launched a campaign to find the best tech talent that the North has to offer as the charity embarks on a strategic improvement programme.

The campaign, “Do you speak our language?” looks to recruit a number of full stack software developers to work on both front and back end solutions as the company sets out to develop and launch a solution that will streamline the workflow of the 350 plus team.

Lindsey Gibson, group IT manager at NCFE said, “There are big changes coming from government in 2020 and we need to align our people and our practices around that. We are just about to embark on a really exciting new project which involves building a new IT platform; reengineering all of our processes with the future in mind. We have an amazing core team already in place and now we need to scale up to deliver this new project, which really is a green field site when it comes to technology.

“We are looking for front and back end developers who are passionate about producing good quality code and who are keen to contribute positively to our working environment.
