Connect Health has engaged greenbean by NRG recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) specialists to manage their clinical resourcing strategy.
As exclusive partner, greenbean will manage the resourcing strategy for the Physiotherapy stream of Connect Health, the largest specialised provider of community musculoskeletal (MSK) services in the UK.
In a competitive field of specialist recruitment, Connect Health require a partner who provides an agile, well managed resourcing solution, deliverable across multiple roles, within a defined timescale, whilst providing good market insight for future talent pipeline.
This expansion of consultant roles at Connect Health, brings additional clinical expertise to help drive up standards, supporting the aim to improve patient outcomes by reducing variation in physiotherapy clinical skills. This ensures that they cut out un-necessary onward referrals to diagnostics and out-patients and hence the potential reduction in avoidable surgery.
“We selected greenbean by NRG due to their partnership approach. The team has high levels of market insights and intelligence, use robust selection models and provide informative data outputs. The strong account team delivers a genuinely agile resourcing solution for our business needs.” Lisa Davidson, HR Director Connect Health.
greenbean by NRG delivers flexible outsourced talent solutions in totality or on a project basis. Offering an account managed and flexible model, greenbean RPO models integrate seamlessly with HR teams, supporting business growth and helping to deliver results faster.
As Connect Health continues to grow, it identified an immediate need to fill a large number of locum physiotherapist positions to support the initial stages of a new contract. As part of the partnership, greenbean by NRG took on the role of Master Vendor (MV) to co-ordinate and deliver recruitment requirements on a UK wide basis. The team at greenbean have subsequently increased the supply network by selecting a number of new specialist suppliers to support delivery of talent needs across the UK.
By having one single point of contact for all suppliers through the greenbean MV model, Connect Health will save time and money and meet their recruitment needs. Furthermore the administration burden of managing multiple agencies will be eased; greenbean provides all management reporting across the network, providing one point of billing and ensure quality standards are maintained.
“Having successfully worked with Connect Health for a number of years, to recruit for positions ranging from Executive Board to their patient referrals service, we’re pleased to be continuing our partnership as their company grows at a significant pace.
“The greenbean team will work closely with Connect Health to develop their Employer Value Proposition (EVP), outlining why candidates would want to work there, the business values and company culture to help attract candidates, and proactively build a talent pipeline.” comments Leanne Chambers, Client Solutions Director at greenbean by NRG.
