The shortlist for the Dynamites 19, the region’s IT and technology awards, has been revealed.
The Awards, sponsored by Gateshead College, are now in their sixth year and are organised by north east IT network Dynamo. They shine a spotlight on successful regional tech companies and recognise the talent within the north-east tech sector.
Many of the region’s leading IT and technology companies have made it on to the shortlist, as well as some of the north east’s largest businesses which have critical and innovative IT departments.
Anne Macdonald, Head of Engagement at Dynamo and Chair of this year’s judging panel, said: “Judging this year was really tough, with a large and exceptionally impressive array of entries. We were blown away by the strength and depth of entries – proof that the region’s tech sector is blessed with talent in abundance.”
Tickets are selling fast for this year’s awards night, which will be held at Newcastle Civic Centre banqueting suite on Thursday, October 17.
