What truly excites me about my role at Dynamo is the opportunity to effect meaningful change. By uniting key stakeholders, we can collectively drive the growth of the North East of England tech sector, and in doing so, creating more opportunities for everyone to grow and flourish. I thrive on forging meaningful connections for individuals and companies alike. Working at Dynamo allows me to realise my potential while continually learning and developing skills every day, which inspires me to keep pushing boundaries and challenging myself.

I am fortunate in the sense I have a strong network in the tech sector because of the nature of my role, which allows me to remain up to date with the latest developments. Additionally, I regularly attend industry conferences and events to enhance my knowledge. Besides this, I undertake a Level 7 Degree Apprenticeship in Digital Technologies Solutions (Software Engineering) at an acclaimed university, meaning I constantly learn about the latest technologies.

I enjoy learning about tech-related matters and keeping up to date with generic business news. I am also very interested in personal finance and volunteer at times to advise people in need. Additionally, I am a novice investor in some US-based stocks, which I use to develop my business acumen predominantly. In any other spare time I have, I love attempting DIY home repairs and car maintenance, as well as going on walks at the beach near my house.
