North East Ecommerce Startup Shoptimised has hired 2 new talents in the last month to support their growth and new onboarded clients.
The newest additions to the team are Brandon Hall, who has joined the company as a Technical Specialist and Zenah Shahbaz, Customer Service Manager.
Brad brings to Shoptimised extensive knowledge of Google Ads and Product Feed Optimisation. As a Technical Specialist, Brad works on optimizing products feed for clients as well as assisting retail and agency clients with Google Shopping strategy.
Zenah, is soon to graduate in business management with accountancy and finance. She has joined the Customer service team and will be overseeing client communications as well as helping onboard the company’s incoming clients.
Shoptimised, who provide Product Feed Optimisation and Incremental Sales software, are working with clients across the UK and internationally with Cotswold Outdoor Moonpig Mainline Menswear schuh and END to name a few.
The company plans to hire 20 new people within the next 12 months.
Technical Specialist, Brad, said: “My first month at Shoptimised has flew by and the team has helped me settle in very quickly. There’s a clear plan and focus for each member of the team to do their part and drive the company forward, and you really get a sense that everybody cares about doing a good job, while having some fun in the lovely new office. I’m loving the variety of clients that I’m working with and I feel well equipped to keep driving their performance forward.
FIFA and McDonalds deliveries on lunch breaks is also a nice way to break the day up!”.
Customer Service Manager Zenah said: “Since starting at Shoptimised I’ve had thorough, informative and effective training sessions from all the fantastic service leaders including my wonderful team leader Beth.
