Age-appropriate workshops for adults working with children in Key Stages Two and Three
Using concepts in Mathematics to introduce Computational Thinking with SCRATCH and Ready-Steady-Code.

By using Scratch with the Ready-Steady-Code grids, teachers will be able to teach elements of the UK National Curriculum for Mathematics. Scratch +RSC allows pupils to learn and use their computing skills to fully investigate mathematical problems and find solutions. The particular areas include angles, shapes, area, perimeter, block graphs, pie-charts, linear and quadratic equations, trigonometry, Pythagoras’ theorem etc.

The Ready-Steady-Code pack contains a comprehensive book 2 wall charts step by step manual devised to enable teachers to incorporate Computing into the Mathematics curriculum.
