Northern Recruitment Group announces changes in the Senior Leadership Team

Newcastle headquartered recruitment business NRG, part of the Galago Group, has announced the departure of Chief Executive, Therese Liddle. In a well-planned transition, Therese will be leaving her position with a view to be taking a well-deserved career break and spending more time with her family. She will be succeeded by two senior directors James Carss and Leanne Chambers who will lead both the NRG and Greenbean brands as Managing Directors.

Commenting on the announcement, Therese said, “After more than thirty years of my career in NRG the time has come for me to take a break and leave the business in the capable hands of James and Leanne. Being part of NRG’s journey and the creation of greenbean RPO has been a privilege. I have worked with exceptional people in an amazing business and I’m proud of all that we have achieved together.”
