An international recruitment specialist has announced plans to create thousands of jobs around the world.

Frank Recruitment Group has unveiled plans to create 1,500 jobs globally in order to meet a growing demand for tech talent.

The positions, which include almost 400 new jobs in Newcastle and London, will be entry-level sales roles.

The firm, which was founded in Newcastle, has also revealed plans for a new Canadian office in Toronto, Ontario, taking the group’s total global locations to 22.

Zoë Morris, president at Frank Recruitment Group, commented: “The demand for tech professionals right now is unprecedented. Businesses are implementing new platforms and processes that will enable them to be more efficient and more competitive, and they cannot do that without access to tech talent.
