Dev Ops/SRE’s will work with the application, infrastructure and database developers to increase reliability and reduce down time. We also need to increase our Infrastructure Engineering teams, which are pivotal to ensure support and maintenance of solutions and services and to drive improvements in both system health and reliability. And, we’re recruiting more Technical Architects to work closely with the Engineering teams to shape the strategy and set the direction for adoption of AWS solutions.
