Call to join our first Design Thinking Bootcamp on Automation

It can be difficult knowing where to start with automation; which process do you begin with? Should everything be automated? And what to do you do if the process isn’t effective in the first place?

Throughout this free virtual bootcamp you’ll learn how to answer these questions, recognise your individual process problems, identify where automation can be effective, create process workflows,  and ultimately understand what data to include in a business case for internal investment and how to evaluate the outcomes.

Accenture and CGI will guide you through the design thinking methodology of problem discovery, ideation, build, measure and learn, across the course of 3 months and 4 core sessions, which can be applied to any improvement or innovation, but for the purpose of these sessions we’ll focus on automation.

Session dates and times are:

Thursday 3rd December, 9-10am

Thursday 10th December, 9am-12:30pm

Thursday 28th January, 9am-12:30pm

Thursday 25th February, 9am-12:30pm

Who should attend?

The attendee should be someone who understands the day to day working of the business and has a clear understanding of the types of challenges that it faces on a daily basis, bearing in mind that the challenges may face ‘shop floor’ staff as well as management. It is important that the attendee be able to articulate a range of challenges, and that they understand them in detail.
