A series of workshops and 1:1 sessions brought to you by Maxine Henry and Sally Cowling from Beyond Partners.
Starts Thursday 4th November 2021 @ 09:30am – 12:30pm (Zoom Workshops)
Who is this event for?
These workshops are for ambitious business owners who want to use their People and Brand as tools for growth. It is for the brave, the curious and the disruptive. For those who want to achieve more and challenge the norm of traditional HR and Marketing practices, whilst ensuring you have the right foundations in place to allow your people to flourish and your business to grow.
About this event
In the wise words of Simon Sinek ‘people don’t buy what you do, they buy why you do it’
And this why we have created this 12hr programme, to allow business owners to discover and understand their purpose and then put it to work. To use this knowledge to help guide key decisions which will make a large impact in your business and for your employees.
Utilising practical skills and exercises, you will leave the workshops equipped with new-found knowledge, tools and tips that you can put into practise as soon as you step back into your workplace.
Once we have gone through the process with you, the programme also offers you two hours of 1:1 support with Maxine and Sally. We will invite you to use this time to focus on any of the areas in the workshop which you would like to explore in more detail, reviewing any current challenges or opportunities which your business is facing.
