After the success of their summer recruitment drive, Newton Aycliffe based training provider Baltic Apprenticeships are hosting two more recruitment open days in November.
As well as supporting tech and digital apprentices across the country, Baltic are committed to nurturing talent within the local area. Their last open day helped bring 4 new people into their team; they’re hoping to match this success with a further 6 opportunities available within their sales, assessment and operations teams.
With a strong focus on staff development and training, Baltic are used to seeing talented people progress within their company, building fulfilling careers for themselves and changing the futures of others.
They’re now looking for school, college and university leavers to attend the following recruitment days at the Xcel centre in Newton Aycliffe:
- Business Consultant open day – Friday 8th November
- Junior Assessor/Operations Support Officer open day – Thursday 14th November
Each open day will give you the opportunity to meet members of the team and get a taste of where a career at Baltic could take you. Attendees will take part in competency and values based activities that will determine whether they are the right fit for the company culture.
