A major North East employer has scooped two prestigious industry awards, recognising its exceptional customer service.
Collingwood Insurance Services celebrated a double win at the 2024 Insurance Choice Awards (ICA), hosted by Smart Money People.
Held at the Banking Hall in London this month, the event brought together some of the most respected names in the insurance industry, with Collingwood receiving top honours in two major categories. The company – based in North Tyneside and employing more than 200 people from in and around the area – won the award for the Best Motor Insurance Provider as well as taking home the coveted Treating Customers Fairly Champion award.
