A Yorkshire technology consultancy has announced that it is aiming to create 40 jobs as it opens a new North East office.

BJSS, based in Leeds, is opening a new office in Newcastle, adding to its portfolio of 15 locations across the UK and internationally.

The company is aiming to hire 40 new employees in the region by 2022, with all new recruits adopting BJSS’ company-wide hybrid working policy.

Stuart Bullock, managing director of BJSS, commented: “Expansion of the business continues to be important for BJSS. Newcastle’s exciting tech scene offers vast opportunities for us to continue growing and working with highly skilled and talented people.

“We’re incredibly excited to be contributing to the thriving community that inspires a sense of collaboration and offers a highly valuable digital tech talent pool.

“BJSS is a northern rooted business; we have no doubt the opening of this new office will play a large part in the continued success of the work we provide our clients daily.”
